The Time is Now…
13 No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead, 14 I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us. (Philippians 3:13-14, NLT) Many of us have enjoyed some subtle successes within the year of 2016 and are looking forward to the “newness” of 2017. However, let’s make every moment of this precious thing called life count. This is the perfect time to press toward our hopes and dreams. When it seems like the world has lost all sanity, and everything that could go wrong has…that is when we have to hold to our convictions as believers and followers of Christ. You were made for a purpose, intentional by nature and powerful in spirit. Maybe you want to start a business; now is the time to complete your start-up application. Or maybe you wanted to go back to school, then go ahead, complete that enrollment application. Don’t let days, weeks or months continue to pass without setting the plan in action to change your life forever. Follow your heart (Psalms 37: 3-5, NLT), God has placed those dreams there for a reason. Remember, God blesses doers of the Word. Manifestation aligns with your faith, “What good is it, dear brothers and sisters, if you say you have faith but don’t show it by your actions? (James 2:14-26 NLT) My brothers and sisters, if it is encouragement you need, then the Holy Word of God gives it to us, freely. Take the leap, move in Faith. I know it can be a struggle sometimes getting to a place where you are ready to go for it, but let’s trust God and not man. I say to all, “For God says, “At just the right time, I heard you…..Indeed, the “right time” is now.” (2 Corinthians 6:2 NLT) Our prayer: Lord, I know you hear me, “You said in all my ways to acknowledge You and You would give me direction.” So as the sheep looks to the Shepherd, I seek You for guidance, direction and understanding. I pray Lord, that you would lead me to the green pastures and still waters. To the place called “There” where You command the blessing on my life (Psalms 133:3 KJV). I thank you in advance for all you have done and will do. I move in faith, stand in hope and rest in prayer. Amen
